That’s why on Friday 19th March we ventured down to Earl’s Court 2 in London to attend the Vitality Show 2010 which promised to offer all this and more.
Described as the “ultimate girl’s day out” the Vitality Show ran from the 18th to 21st March and was home to over 300 companies where big names such as Nails Inc, Benefit Cosmetics, Bourjois Paris, Salt Cave, Sk:n, Ultimate Bootcamp and Fitness First displayed new products and offered insider advice. Boutiques including Jelly Pong Pong and Lucy Russell Organics were showing off their latest beauty treats while celebrities such as Lowri Turner and Ariane Poole gave talks on makeup and nutrition. The show was also full of experienced beauty and holistic therapists from around the UK offering truly pampering treatments.
